Fill out form as far in advance as possible, need time for verification (if you see I'm in town or the girl you want to see is in town for a week, try to fill out form before I'm or she's there). Provide all references that you have, all of them cuz they all won't respond! It's best to sign up for a verification service anyways even if you do have references cuz by the time your reference responds sometimes you've lost the chance to see the girl. Deposit may be required for any appointment inquiry (all deposits applied toward fee). If you just want to get pre-screened and see somebody later (not now), fill out reservation form. That's always a good idea.
